1. Course Enrollment & Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials or attending sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees once paid are considered confirmation of your enrollment and commitment to participate in the selected program.
2. Cancellation by Student
You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
2.1 Before Course Commencement
- If you cancel within 48 hours of registration and before the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deduction of administrative or payment processing charges).
- Cancellations made after 48 hours of registration or after course access has been granted are not eligible for a refund.
2.2 After Course Commencement
- Once a course has started, or digital materials have been accessed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- In special cases (medical emergencies, scheduling issues, or other valid reasons), you may request a batch transfer or course reschedule, subject to management approval.
3. Cancellation by ProCode Learning Solutions
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or batch due to unavoidable circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or technical issues.
- In such cases, participants will be given the option to:

- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@procodelearningsolutions.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of registration.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Registration or admission fees
- Customized training sessions or workshops
- Certification exam fees (if paid to third-party providers)
- Study materials, digital downloads, or e-learning content once accessed
6. Third-Party Courses or Services
For programs or courses conducted in partnership with other institutions or platforms, the refund and cancellation policy of the respective partner will apply.
